If a concert is canceled, the price of the ticket plus any fees will be refunded. The ticket purchaser must provide proof of purchase to Redlands Symphony to claim a refund. Further details about our Ticket Terms and Conditions are available below and are part of Redlands Symphony’s complete policy.
All sales are final.
There are no refunds except in the event of cancellation or by the discretion of Management.
All dates, venues, programs, and artists are subject to change without notice.
If you cannot attend a performance, we encourage you to invite your family or friends to use your tickets.
Full season and Pick-Four subscribers can exchange tickets for another concert in the same season (subject to availability) with 48 hours advance notification.
All unused tickets may be donated as a tax-deductible donation to the Redlands Symphony Association before the concert date.
By purchasing tickets from Redlands Symphony, you assume all risk and responsibility incidental to the performance – whether occurring before, during, or after the ticketed event. You agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any damages resulting from such causes.
No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers are allowed inside Memorial Chapel.
No recording devices, still or video cameras are permitted. There is no transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the performance allowed.
You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the performance. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
By electing a payment plan and providing your recurring payment details, you agree to a payment plan with the Redlands Symphony Association (herein "RSA") for the specified duration of your plan type.
Payment plans are currently available for Pick-4 subscriptions and Full Season subscriptions only. No payment plans may be made for individual tickets including Recital Series Tickets, Happy Hour Rehearsal tickets, or special event tickets (e.g., Gala, Purse Party, etc)
Payment Plan Schedules are as follows:
Pick 4 Subscriptions
The full and complete price of the particular Pick-4 Subscription is prorated by 4 months. First payment is due the first of the month following the transaction date.
Full Season Subscriptions
The full and complete price of the particular Full Season Subscription is prorated by 6 months. First payment is due the first of the month following the transaction date.
RSA is not responsible for returned payments. In the event of a declined form of payment, including declined credit card, returned check, etc, any remaining tickets in the package will be suspended until payment is rendered. Any tickets deemed unused due to failure of payment will be subject to a $25 per ticket fee. Failure to pay and/or adhere to the payment schedule set by RSA may result in the right to enroll in a payment plan with RSA being revoked. Payment Plans may be revoked at any time.
CANCELLATION. Payment Plans may be cancelled prior to the 2nd month of the payment plan. Cancellation after the 2nd month of the payment plan will result in 50% payment on the remaining balance being due to RSA within 30 days.
