Kathy Maiberger
The last time Kathy Maiberger took her dancing this serious, she was on the 50 yard line of a USC football game. That was 1972 when Kathy served as one of the Trojan’s song girls.
Today, Kathy is one of the local “stars” in the 2012 edition of the Redlands Symphony’s Dancing with the Stars showcase that will be part of the organization’s annual Gala celebration on June 2, 2012.
“I was delighted to be asked to be one of the dancers,” Kathy says, “It’s going to be lots of fun and I’m excited to be able to raise money for the Redlands Symphony. All I need to do now is keep from tripping or falling.”
Kathy and her husband Joe have been Redlands’s residents for xx years. They have three grown children. She was a caterer for 23 years and also spent 11 years as an elementary school teacher.
Kathy’s hobbies include golfing, reading and cooking. She has been a member of the Redlands Assistance League for 19 years and is also involved in the Rally to Believe Golf Tournament and helping to raise money for Inland Women Fighting Cancer.
