**Is the RSA Web site secure?**

Yes, all transactions are secured by SSL encryption. The RSA uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to encrypt the information entered on your secure order form prior to transmission over the Internet.

SSL is the industry standard for secure server commerce transactions. You can place your order online without fear of interception provided you are using an SSL-compliant browser, such as **[Mozilla's Firefox](http://www.firefox.com)**.

**What are your services for patrons with disabilities?**

The Memorial Chapel is designed to provide access for patrons with disabilities. If you require seating accessible to wheelchairs, please call Ticket Services at (909) 748-8018. 

**Which credit cards can I use to make a purchase?**
 
The RSA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

**Can I buy tickets with cash?**

You can purchase tickets with cash by visiting Redlands Symphony Office located, on the University of Redlands campus, Health Center building Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Holiday hours vary.

**How will I get my tickets?**

**Subscribers:** Please note all renewal and new subscription orders are shipped via first class mail. Additional delivery options are not available at this time.

Single-Ticket Buyers can choose from the following delivery options.
*   Mail-Tickets ordered via mail delivery will be sent out the next business day with a $9 shipping and handling fee. 
*   Will-Call Tickets ordered for Will-Call are available for pickup at the Memorial Chapel on the day of the concert.
    If you are picking up your tickets on the day/evening of the concert please arrive thirty minutes in advance. 
*   Office Pick up- The day after the tickets are order you may pick them up at the symphony office located on the University of Redlands campus, the Health Center building.

**What if I can&#8217;t make a performance?**

All sales are final, but you can choose to donate or exchange your tickets.

**Tax-Deductible Ticket Donation**

If you cannot attend a performance, please call (909) 748-8018 up to forty-eight hours prior to the performance to donate your tickets.

The total ticket value is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

By donating your tickets, you give another music lover the opportunity to hear a concert that would otherwise be sold out.

You also enable the Orchestra to play to a full house.

**Ticket Exchanges**

For your convenience, we offer ticket exchanges for most Redlands Symphony concerts. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Please note ticket exchanges in person and by mail are free for subscribers.

Single-ticket buyers will be charged a $10 exchange fee for each in-person or mailed transaction.

Exchange requests into a higher-priced performance or section will be charged the difference.

The difference for exchange requests into a lower-priced performance or section will not be refunded, but will be considered as a donation.

There are no exchanges into Special Events or concerts presented by other organizations. 

**Exchange In Person:** For the best service, we suggest you come in person to the Symphony Office located on the University of Redlands Campus, Student Health Center building.

**Exchange By Mail:** Write a letter explaining that you need your tickets changed, and send it along with your tickets and parking voucher with at least four choices of alternate dates for the performance you wish to attend; be sure to include your daytime phone number. Please include your Visa or MasterCard number if exchanging into a higher-priced performance. Mail to:

**Exchange By Phone:** This service is for subscribers only. To exchange by phone, please call Symphony office at (909) 748-8018. Please be prepared to mail in your tickets.

Patrons receive instant replacements for lost tickets, free. Just call (909) 748-8018 and we will have a duplicate set waiting for you at the Will-Call door when you arrive for your concert.

**Do you offer Rush tickets?**

A limited number of Rush tickets will be sold in person at the Box Office door a half an hour before a concert. Rush tickets are for STUDENTS ONLY! The tickets are $5 a piece with a valid student ID.
